The Stretching & Strength Programme covers feet and ankles, knees and lower legs, hips, core and pelvis, spine, chest and shoulders, neck, and balance and coordination.
Feet & Ankles
Ankle circles, knee-to-wall mobilisation, calf and soleus stretches, calf raises, tibialis raises, ankle band work and supported balance.
Hips & Glutes
Hip-flexor and glute mobility, 90/90 rotations, adductor rock-backs, glute bridges, hip thrusts, clamshells and supported split squats.
Core & Spine
Cat-cow, pelvic tilts, trunk rotations, dead bugs, bird dogs, Pallof presses, modified planks and band rows.
