Lived Experience Support
A real-world perspective on adapting to ataxia, setbacks, changing ability and rebuilding confidence.
The things that don't fit neatly on a medical leaflet.
Living with a neurological condition can involve good days, difficult days, uncertainty and having to rethink ordinary tasks. Lived experience can provide a different kind of support: practical ideas, empathy and an understanding that progress is rarely perfectly linear.
This service is about sharing experience responsibly — not replacing clinical advice or suggesting that one person's journey will be another person's outcome.
Topics we can explore
